Director’s Statement

I've always been an early adopter of technology and yet I am amazed at the powerful computer hardware and software tools available today. Relatively inexpensive digital cameras and extremely fast desktop computers have given individual filmmakers the power to present their creations in high quality formats at very reasonable cost. For example, individual frames for this film were shot with a five mega-pixel digital still camera mounted on a mini-tripod. The images were loaded into Adobe After Effects to produce a high-definition master file. With the ever increasing broadband connectivity the next few years will see similar advances in content distribution.
